Return & Refund Policy for Women's Dress Products
Thank you for shopping with Reliable Mart! We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your women’s dress product, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds. Please review our policy below for all details.
1. Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the product delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in the original condition, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Request a Return:
- Email us at reliablemart.jaipur@gmail.com with the subject line Return Request.
- Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Attach clear pictures of the product, if required, to help us process the return quickly.
3. Conditions for Return:
- The item must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Dresses must not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- Any sale or clearance items are non-returnable.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Please note that shipping fees for the return are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.
5. Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at reliablemart.jaipur@gmail.com with your order details and pictures of the damage/defect. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Products purchased from the sale section or promotional events may not be eligible for returns or refunds.
